Each WiFiCert level has a different purpose. The right choice depends on how important WiFi quality is to your guests, your reputation and your operational environment.
Verified is suitable for venues that want to demonstrate that their WiFi has been independently assessed and certified against the WiFiCert methodology.
Guaranteed is suitable for venues that want to show not only that the WiFi has been assessed, but also that improvement actions have been reviewed and verified.
Trusted is the highest WiFiCert level. It combines assessment, improvement verification and security review for venues where WiFi quality and trust are critical.
The WiFiCert model is progressive. Higher levels include the foundations of the lower levels and add further assurance requirements.
Regardless of the level selected, every certified venue receives a public certification record designed to make the result visible and verifiable.
Each certified venue receives a certificate record that can be checked through the WiFiCert public verification system.
Certified venues can display a WiFiCert badge linked to the public verification record for that certificate.
Certified venues can be listed in the WiFiCert directory, helping visitors, partners and stakeholders identify certified locations.
